First time HOOK UP fees for new Homes

New service hook-ups will be charged the following fees:

Water - $200.00 (Due before installed)

Sewer - $50.00  (Due before installed)

Electric - Actual Cost of Meter, and the hook up fee assessed to the city from our service provider. (Due with first billing)

These fees are non refundable.
